A rainy day BIC Rally turns out not so bad for the kids
The Annual B.I.C. Rally was started and organized by Ray Cola! Ray who is the "Mutha Club" V. President had asked Old Bridge Elks M.C. to host this year's rally. We gladly excepted and are very honored to have been a part of such a worthy cause !
This year's 6th annual Rally looked like a total wash-out, with down pouring rains throughout the day. But with the ambitious work of both ELK MC's, Cranford Elks M.C. "The Mutha Club"and Old Bridge Elks M.C. , the show had to go on! Our goal must be kept! From setting up tents in the rain, keeping our patrons with hot food and cold beverages, with live music and a good time of course, and right down to the final clean-up and break down of the whole function !
We all worked together for the same cause:THE KIDS ! Although the weather certainly hindered the turnout, in total, we all helped to raise $3800.00 in donations to be split between both Special Needs Facilities- Sayreville B.I.C. and Camp R.O.B.I.N. in Old Bridge!
That's something we all can be proud of ! Seeing the smiles on all the children faces makes it even better !
